Carissa Suter is our new marketing service representative, and she hails from Beulah. She will be focused on service and retention. Carissa graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising.

“We’re pleased to add Mitchel and Carissa to the Dickinson District Marketing Office,” said BCBSND Chief Marketing Officer Judd Wagner. “They have western North Dakota roots and are committed to serving our members. With all the activity in the Oil Patch, we want to provide superior service to our existing members and reach out to those seeking coverage. Mitchel and Carissa’s enthusiasm and focus will help us to serve our members — existing and new. ”
