What would you do if you had $100?

By Denise Pinkney

Christmas is that wonderful time of the year for giving to others. Each year we hold a gift drive for our Adopt-A-School partner, Fargo’s Lincoln Elementary. Last week, employee Susan Reed mentioned to her 9-year-old son Conner that donations were down for the toy drive this year. She later asked him what he would do if he had $100.

Conner told his mom that he would donate it to the toy drive. And that’s exactly what he did when his mom gave him a new $100 bill.

“Conner told me it wouldn’t be fun to be a kid and not have any Christmas presents,” said Brandi Enge who is one of the coordinators for the gift drive.

This year, thanks to the generosity of employees, we were able to give a record number of gifts.
