How to stay hydrated when exercising

Whether you are exercising at the gym or preparing to run a marathon, there one thing that many people often overlook — proper hydration.

In order to perform at your best and avoid becoming dehydrated while exercising or afterward, don’t forget to drink plenty of fluids, especially on warm days when exercising or running outside.
