That’s why we encourage you to find small ways to add exercise into your daily routine. Something as quick as going for a short walk on your lunch break can have a real impact on your health — and give you the energy to attack the day!
National Walk at Lunch Day
More than 400 of our employees in Fargo, Bismarck and across the state went for a walk at lunch with their coworkers on National Walk@Lunch Day on April 27, 2016.
Tim Huckle, our president and CEO, led the walk around our Fargo headquarters building. More than 160 of our employees followed.
“Everybody understands that exercise is important,” Huckle told a group of our employees before the walk. “Sometimes it’s hard to find time to do it. By the time you get home, you have family, you have children. You have a lot of other events. I think the purpose of (this walk) is to take advantage of the time that you spend at work to get your exercise in and get out and walk.”
